Seppia Mezze Maniche - short but wide tubes of squid ink pasta that is black in colour from the addition of cuttlefish ink. This pasta is bronze-drawn when being made and dried slowly.
It looks great with pale, creamy sauces or try with olive oil, garlic and prawns.
