Sobrasada, Premium Quality Iberico Bellota (300g)
Spanish Sobrasada Iberico - a superb quality lightly spiced soft chorizo pate, originally from Majorca and similar to Italian 'Nduja. However unlike most sobrasada (and we have found that the quality of many can be very variable), this sobrasada is made with the finest Iberico bellota pork meat and made by one of Spain's top Jamon Iberico producers.
Sobrasada can be eaten cold or warmed, and is delicious spread on crusty bread or in a sandwich or use as ingredient in many dishes.
N.B. As this sobrasada must be kept chilled it's only suitable for Express delivery within the mainland UK, which excludes remote areas, off-shore islands & Northern Ireland
