Cooking Chorizo, Raw - a superb quality, lightly spiced (picante) lean raw Spanish chorizo for cooking. This chorizo a light smokiness from the smoked pimenton used as a seasoning and is made in Catalunya in Spain. It is very different from the cooking chorizo typically available in UK supermarkets.
Slice into paella or stews or simply fry, grill or BBQ like a normal sausage and enjoy with eggs for breakfast. For a real treat grill and serve in a bread roll with some rocket and some of our marinated peppers - delicious!
N.B. This chorizo requires refrigeration and cooking. Only suitable for Express Delivery to the mainland UK which excludes UK remote areas, offshore islands & Northern Ireland.
