Spanish Red Pepper Marmalade
Spanish Red Pepper Marmalade - very popular in Spain to have with cheese. Made with sweet red peppers this jam goes particularly well with blue cheeses such Picos, Roquefort or Stilton, or smoked cheeses such as the basque cheese Idiazabal.
