Rosemary Cheese, curado - a mature Spanish ewes´milk cheese from La Mancha. A manchego-style cheese that has a rosemary coated rind giving a subtle flavour of rosemary to the cheese. A complex cheese with a compact paste, nutty flavour with a savoury sweetness. Full, fruity, buttery and clean with a pleasing undertone of rosemary.
