Spicy Calabrian Salami DOP (Salsiccia Curva Piccante Calabrese) - a traditional Italian whole salami made from pork and hot Calabrian chilli pepper. Hand slice and serve with some olives and a glass of wine. Also delicious added to pasta or sliced on top of a pizza.
Much imitated but this is the real thing! Genuine DOP calabrian salami made in the small Calabrian town of Spezzano Piccolo with only Calabrian ingredients and air dried in the local mountain air.
N.B. As this salami must be kept chilled it is only suitable for mainland UK delivery. Excludes highlands, off-shore islands and Northern Ireland
