Description
Squid Ink (Nero di Seppia or Tinta de Calamar) - a popular ingredient in both Italian and Spanish cooking. This natural black dye has a fantastic light, delicate flavour and can be used to colour pasta and rice dishes.

In Italy is sometimes used to colour seafood risottos and similarly in Spain it is used for some paellas and most famously for Valencian Arroz Negro.
