Szechuan (Sichuan) Chilli Oil - Chiu Chow Chilli Oil is essentially a dipping sauce for the table, used for both for hot and cold food. Chiu Chow adds a unique taste, hotness and aroma to stir-fries and noodles. Prepared by the traditional method and a very popular in Oriental cooking.
For a spicy salad dressing: mix 1 tsp of this chilli sauce with 2 tsp of oyster sauce, 3 tsp olive oil and 3 tsp of balsamic vinegar.
