Taggiasca Olives from Liguria
Taggiasca Olives (also known as Cailletier olives) - a selection of the finest unpitted Taggiasca olives from Liguria in north west Italy, close to the French border. These olives are simply preserved in brine according to the traditional method so that you can enjoy the full flavour of these famous olives. Taggiasca are delicious as an aperitif or in salads, pasta sauces and meat dishes or added to a cocktail.
These olives are produced by Olio Roi who have been growing Taggiasca olives and producing extra virgin olive oil for 5 generations from their groves of centuries old olive trees.
