Tom Yum Paste
Tom Yum Paste - an aromatic blend of traditional Thai herbs and spices such as galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime with chilli. Use this Tom Yum paste as the base of classic Tom Yum soup, but this paste can also be added to noodles or rice noodle soup or stir-fried with rice or your favourite meat.
To make Tom Yum Soup:
1. Add the packet of Tom Youm Spice Mix to 200g of boiling water and stir
2. Add prawn and mushroom and other meats and your favourite vegetables as preferred
3. Bring to a boil and wait until the prawn and mushroom are cooked
5. Ready to serve in a bowl
