Torta de Aceite (Sweet Spanish Aniseed Biscuits)
Torta de Aceite - a pack of six large, light and crispy, wafer-thin traditional Spanish sweet biscuits made with olive oil and a hint of aniseed. They are a hugely more-ish snack, and are an interesting alternative to crackers when eaten with cheese.
Made near Seville by the Gavino family have been making these biscuits for over 100 years and their method of making has not changed over that time. The dough for each biscuit is shaped by hand so that no two biscuits look exactly the same.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (20%), Sugar, Aniseed, Salt, Sesame Seeds, Anise Essence. May contain traces of nuts.
