Pici di Toscana - a classic pasta from Siena in Tuscany, long hand-rolled strips of pasta that look like very thick strands of spaghetti. Pici means sticky in Italian and these pici are particularly good with robust, hearty sauces such as a meat ragu or with a mushroom sauce or with cacio e pepe (pecorino and black pepper sauce)
Morelli have been producing pasta since 1860 and the company is now run by the fifth generation of the Morelli family.
