Veneziana Panettone - a delicious twist on the traditional panettone without raisins. This large 720g panettone is soft and delicate with crystallised orange and lemon peel, and a crunchy topping of slivered almonds and pearl sugar.
Made by Vergani, one of Italy's top artisan bakers, who have been making panettone since 1944. The Vergani family only use the finest ingredients and traditional methods of baking. The result is cakes with a perfect soft, moist dough and delicious taste. A world of difference from the mass-produced panettone more usually available in the UK.
