Whole Candied Citrus Peel - large pieces of lemon, orange and citron peel. Use crystallised peel in baking, or making chocolates or for decorating cakes and desserts, or simply eat as a sweet treat or dip into chocolate. Delicious!
Fresh peel is boiled and then cooked in syrup before being drained and dipped in very fine sugar.
