Zatarain's Spanish Rice
For more than 125 years, Zatarains products have been made in New Orleans by New Orleanians for New Orleanians. More than being experts on New Orleans food and flavour, they are a part of the citys culture, and there products are a staple in Louisiana kitchens as well as the rest of the US.
Suggested Use:
1. Mix 1 1/2 cups of water and 1 can chopped tomatoes, Rice Mix and 1 tbsp Butter in a large saucepan until well blended.
2. Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover
3. Simmer for 25 minutes or until the rice is tender
4. Remove from the heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
