This organic blend of Picual, Picudo, and Hojiblanca olives is produced using the rare Flor de Aceite method, the “flower” of the oil, where the first, most delicate drops are collected naturally without pressing.

Unfiltered and exceptionally low in acidity, the oil retains its full purity and character. Aromas of Cox’s apples, melon, and tropical fruits with a hint of lemon lead into a rich, complex palate with lingering bitterness and peppery spice.

Handcrafted by the Núñez de Prado family, who have tended their Baena estate for over 200 years, this oil is made exclusively from tree‑picked olives, crushed within hours of harvest using traditional stone rollers. It takes over 11kg of olives to produce just one litre of Flor de Aceite.
