Saporoso Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Acetaia Malpighi - Crafted by the Malpighi family, who have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena for five generations, Saporoso is a luxurious, syrupy condiment with remarkable depth. Made from cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, it is aged for six years in oak barrels and a further six months in steel, developing a rich, velvety texture and complex flavour.

Its tart profile is lifted by delicate notes of wild flowers, fresh grass, and a subtle hint of cooked mustard, making it both vibrant and refined. Acetaia Malpighi recommends drizzling it over roasted vegetables, grilled meats, poultry, and game — or using it to finish risottos, and salads.
