The intensity of the flavour of this very high quality nduja means that a little goes a long way. It is typically eaten in Calabria spread on some crusty bread but 'nduja is a very versatile ingredient and a little added to sauces or simply stirred into pasta adds a punch of umami, or add as a topping for pizza.
A long-life product but contains no preservatives or colours. Can be stored at room temperature until opened.
