Made from the finest durum wheat semolina and pure Sannio Valley water, Rummo Tubetti Regina is crafted using the brand’s signature Lenta Lavorazione method — a slow, artisanal process that preserves flavour, texture, and bite. This unique technique ensures the pasta remains perfectly al dente and holds its shape, even if slightly overcooked, cooled, or reheated.
Founded in 1846 by Antonio Rummo in Benevento, Campania, the family‑run company has been perfecting pasta for six generations. Today, Rummo’s Lenta Lavorazione is the only pasta‑making method approved by the Italian Cooks Federation.
