Rummo Bombardini Rigati, Large Ridged Pasta Tubes - Generous in size and flavour‑holding power, Bombardini Rigati are a traditional pasta shape from southern Italy. These large, ridged tubes are perfect for stuffing with savoury fillings — from rich meat ragùs to delicate seafood mixtures — before baking in a robust, flavourful sauce.
Made from the finest durum wheat semolina and the purest water from the Sannio Valley, Rummo pasta is crafted using the company’s signature Lenta Lavorazione method. This slow, careful process preserves the pasta’s flavour, texture, and bite, ensuring it stays perfectly al dente and holds its shape - even if slightly overcooked, cooled, or reheated.
Founded in 1846 by Antonio Rummo in Benevento, Campania, the family business has been perfecting pasta for six generations. Today, Rummo’s Lenta Lavorazione is the only pasta‑making method approved by the Italian Cooks Federation.
