400g Zuppa Rapida
100g mince meat
diced tomatoes
Bartolini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion
1 celery
1 carrot
beef stock
salt and pepper

Method:
Boil the quick cooking soup mix in salted water for 20 minutes. Finely chop the onion, celery and carrot, fry in oil. Add the mince meat, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 15 minutes. Add to tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Drain the legumes and add the fried vegetables, and stock and warm through
