Produced using Rummo’s signature Lenta Lavorazione method—combining the best ingredients with time and care—this pasta delivers exceptional flavour, texture, and bite. It stays perfectly al dente, even if slightly overcooked, cooled, or reheated. Crafted in Benevento, Campania, by six generations of master pasta makers since 1846, Rummo is the only pasta approved by the Italian Cooks Federation.
